Role Purpose

Lead and manage recruitment, payroll, HR reporting, compliance, and employee welfare functions while ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and continuous HR process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection in line with manpower plans
• Manage and process monthly payroll, deductions, attendance, and terminations
• Prepare HR reports covering manpower, turnover, attendance, overtime, leave, and health & safety
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor, tax, and pension laws
• Prepare severance and statutory reports
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll matters
• Represent HR in internal committees focused on employee welfare and compliance
• Support HR policy development and system improvements
