Key Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping staff and ensure consistent cleanliness standards across all areas
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms regularly to verify adherence to quality standards
• Oversee daily operations and resolve issues promptly
• Handle staff scheduling, manage absences, and motivate the team
• Distribute daily assignments based on occupancy levels and special guest requests
• Conduct orientation and refresher training on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, hygiene standards, and equipment usage
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain organized storage areas
• Address guest issues and concerns related to housekeeping services

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hygiene protocols
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and train staff effectively
