We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and drive guest engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging staff, ensuring cleanliness, inspecting areas for quality, managing inventory, and handling guest issues.Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, motivate the team, and handle staff scheduling andabsences.Conduct orientation and refresher training on cleaning procedures, safety, hygiene standards, and equipment usage.Distribute daily assignments based on occupancy levels and special requests.Regularly check guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms for cleanliness and adherence to standards.Order supplies when needed and maintain organized storage areas.
