Position Overview

BESYS Technologies PLC is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Head of Purchase. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in procurement for construction projects and a strong track record of managing procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire procurement function for construction projects
• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize costs and efficiency
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budget, and construction project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement for construction projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in supplier and contractor negotiation
• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
