Location: Ramada by Wyndham, Addis Ababa, EthiopiaEmployment Type: Full-Time Application Deadline: 10 daysJob SummaryThe Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for assisting Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily guest service/front desk operationsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service deliveryHandle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionallyMonitor staff performance and provide feedbackPrepare work schedules and assign dutiesAssist with check-in/check-out or customer service when neededEnsure company policies and service standards are followed
