The role is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer experience while promoting Radix’s plant scaping products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Customer Service• Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally and courteously• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to sales and services• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office areaSales & Client Support• Present Radix Plantscaping products and services to clients clearly• Assist customers in selecting indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and services• Prepare basic quotations, invoices, and sales orders• Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales• Support the sales team with client records and documentationAdministrative Duties• Maintain accurate customer and sales records• Coordinate with operations, nursery, and landscaping teams• Schedule client site visits, consultations, and service appointmentsWork hour : 4:00 - 1:00 local time Working day: Monday - Saturday
