This role involves managing guest relations, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out proceduresMake sure all front-line staff, reception, reservation, and concierge are providing a high standard of service.Control guest transportation requirements and oversee vehicle availability.Ensure all front office management operation is in line with the hotel policy.Provide high degree of professional service to arriving and departing guests.Handle guest complains in a professional manner.
