Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee our financial health. You will be responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, and ensuring strict compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian tax laws (Ministry of Revenues), ERCA regulations, and financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management and stakeholders
• Budgeting: Manage the company's budget, monitor cash flow, and provide financial forecasts to aid decision-making
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth audit processes
• Risk Management: Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities for cost reduction
