## Title: Director of Sales and Vendor Relationship Management

PSS TRADING PLC is established by five Banks and Premier Switch Solutions (PSS), a leading provider of payment technology solutions in Ethiopia. The company offers a comprehensive range of products and services, including blank cards, ATM terminals, POS terminals, software solutions, IT infrastructure supply, electronic office equipment, computers, security and network devices, as well as technology consulting and training.

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization in a leadership role. We are seeking a Director of Sales and Vendor Relationship Management to formulate and implement corporate and functional strategies, policies, and procedures for our technology and trading business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement corporate and functional strategies, policies, and procedures for technology and trading business operations
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand comprehensive market demand through market segmentation, competitor analysis, trend forecasting, customer needs assessment, regulatory compliance, SWOT analysis, market positioning, distribution channel evaluation, pricing strategies, and market expansion opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize terms and conditions for the company
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise
  • Manage overall directorate operations including setting budgets, minimizing risks, and maximizing opportunities
  • Achieve directorate targets and ensure best practices are followed
  • Control costs and maximize revenue generation
  • Drive growth, sustain trading operations, and ensure optimal performance of work units
  • Establish business partnerships and oversee sales and marketing strategies
  • Participate in product development initiatives
  • Direct procurement and import activities for products
  • Ensure effective after-sales service and SLA compliance
