This role leads the sales and marketing teams, builds strong customer relationships, and ensures consistent growth and profitability.Main tasks*  Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.*  Prepare annual sales and marketing plans, including forecasting and budget management.* Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy targets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and business partners.*  Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value and strategic business deals.* Ensure a consistent and strong brand image across all marketing and communication channels.
