This role oversees all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.Main Tasks:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.Ensure fair and effective hiring practices.Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.Promote a positive and productive work environment.Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.Support managers in employee development and corrective action plans.Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs.Support leadership development and succession planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the hotel industry.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
