Position Overview
Position: Customer Service Manager 'B'
Place of Work: Secha & Doyogena Branch Offices
Number of Posts: 2
Major Responsibilities
Branch Supervision & Compliance
- Supervise the branch and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Assist the branch manager in implementing policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Coordinate and supervise branch staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist in coordinating overall branch operations
Staff Management & Development
- Participate in planning personnel capacity and selecting new staff
- Undertake fair and equitable human resource management practices
- Evaluate existing staff in accordance with management decisions
- Maintain high staff morale and identify capacity building needs
- Ensure adequate and updated training is provided to branch staff
- Undertake annual performance appraisals and develop staff development plans
Planning & Integration
- Participate in developing the branch business plan and annual work plans
- Seek approval from senior management on projected targets and required resources
- Adjust plans as needed
Reporting & Communication
- Perform independent balancing of all records
- Work with other management members of the institution
Marketing & Service Promotion
- Promote loans, savings, and other services provided by the branch
- Plan and initiate promotional measures within target markets
- Supervise overall promotional activities
