Centre lead -SRH Centre-Level 1

About the Role

Under the direction of the Commercial Services and Marketing Lead, the Centre Lead is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating all activities of the SRH centre. This role ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services while supervising, leading, and motivating centre staff. You will coordinate and supervise the work of both service providers and non-service providers within the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership and Team Management

• Take the lead in overall coordination of centre activities to ensure efficient delivery of quality services and achievement of MSI Ethiopia's mission and centre business targets
• Build and maintain team spirit and productivity through on-the-job coaching, motivation, and continuous performance target setting and review for centre staff
• Ensure financial sustainability and continuous growth of the centre business through service promotion, service diversification, and efficient resource management
• Implement business development initiatives including client referral schemes, waiver schemes, client-centric care, centre branding guidelines, and future strategies as planned
• Assess private sector activities and propose solutions for business challenges

Resource Management and Administration

• Manage all human resource-related issues in accordance with MSIE HR policy
• Plan and efficiently manage supply chain and logistical operations of the centre
• Oversee stock management including proper receipt, storage, safekeeping, issuance, and regular replenishment with pre-established re-order levels
• Plan monthly expenses and ensure all financial transactions of the centre align with MSIE financial policies
• Approve supplies' requests and manage centre finances
