Objective

SNV seeks to engage a qualified ICT Service Provider/Consultant to deliver reliable, secure, proactive, and scalable ICT services for SNV Ethiopia over a period of two to three (2–3) years.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure SNV Ethiopia's ICT infrastructure, systems, and services operate efficiently and securely
• Maintain full compliance with SNV Global ICT policies, standards, and best practices
• Enable staff to perform their duties effectively without service disruption
• Provide strategic ICT advisory support to the organization
• Implement continuous system improvements and enhancements
• Deliver user capacity building and training programs
• Support SNV Ethiopia's operational, programmatic, and digital transformation objectives
