Organization Profile

Youth Impact Development Association (YIDA) is a legally registered, non-profit, indigenous organization operating in Ethiopia. The Association works to empower children, young people, and vulnerable communities through integrated interventions in education, youth development, family strengthening, employability, digital inclusion, and community resilience.

Assignment Objective

The objective of this consultancy is to develop comprehensive, practical, and compliant Human Resource, Financial Management, and Child Protection Policy documents that enhance YIDA's organizational effectiveness, accountability, transparency, and sustainability, in line with Ethiopian laws and donor requirements.
