An established company is recruiting for the following position.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join the team at. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries and enhance their experience with our brand..KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Document all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality and personal performance.Terms to Employment :Permanent after successful completion of probation period.SALARY; As per the Company scale.WORKPLACE   ;Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
