## Title: Attorney, Legal Research & Advisory

About the Role

The Legal Research and Advisory Officer is responsible for safeguarding the Bank's interests by preparing legal briefs and rendering legal advice. This position involves providing expert opinions on laws, rules, regulations, and contracts in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive legal briefs and documentation
Provide legal advice and opinions on applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Review and advise on contracts and legal agreements
Safeguard the Bank's legal interests and compliance position
Ensure all legal work adheres to approved policies, procedures, and guidelines
