This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and stakeholder expectations. The manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and government agencies to achieve seamless project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for airport terminal projects.Oversee design, engineering, procurement, and construction phases.Ensure compliance with aviation authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with airport authorities, airlines, contractors, and government agencies.Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.Financial OversightMonitor budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts.Approve invoices and manage cost control measures.Ensure projects deliver maximum value within allocated resources.Risk & ComplianceIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and security regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.Team LeadershipLead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors.Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
