About the Role
Hirdaramani Garment PLC is seeking a qualified and dynamic Admin & Logistics Officer to oversee administrative functions and coordinate logistics operations. This role ensures smooth and efficient business activities across multiple locations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations in Hawassa and Addis Ababa
- Coordinate logistics activities including transportation, delivery, and dispatch
- Prepare and maintain administrative and logistics records and reports
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Profile
- Qualified professional with experience in administrative and logistics management
- Proven track record in coordinating logistics operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different locations
Working Conditions
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Hawassa Industrial Zone, with operations in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
