Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value property portfolios, identifying investment opportunities for clients, and closing sales for residential or commercial developments. You will act as a trusted advisor to premium clients, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of a property transaction—from initial inquiry to final handover and registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conversion and closing of high-value property sales
- Manage premium client portfolios and maintain ongoing relationships
- Identify investment opportunities aligned with client objectives
- Demonstrate market expertise and provide strategic property insights
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute marketing input to support sales initiatives
