Role Overview

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and compliance functions, ensuring robust systems to support multi-sector operations. This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, operational rigor, and the ability to align financial management with Testi Trading's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Ethiopian and international accounting standards
• Lead financial risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Supervise finance teams across multiple zones, ensuring timely reporting and accountability
• Manage cash flow, investment planning, and resource allocation for coffee, mining, and health projects
• Design and implement KPI dashboards and financial monitoring tools for real-time oversight
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO, General Manager, and Board on financial sustainability and expansion
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies to maintain strong institutional relationships
