About the Organization

Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a transformed Commercial Microfinance institution established under Proclamation No. 40/96 and operating under the revised Proclamation 626/2009 issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia. The institution provides financial and non-financial services to medium and small enterprises and low-income populations, particularly women, across both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Headquarters

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Birr 26,925.00
  • Transport Allowance: Birr 3,500.00
  • Mobile Allowance: Birr 400.00
