About the Role
Yo Holding Trade & Manufacturing PLC is seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist and Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide comprehensive administrative support. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office functioning and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office files and records
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents
- Handle basic office supplies and inventory management
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and documents)
- Ensure confidentiality of company information

- Proficiency in office management and administrative support
