About the Position

Visco Real Estate PLC is seeking a qualified Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for selling apartment houses that are under construction and near completion at our sites located around the Bole Meskel Flower area.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing and sales strategies for residential properties
Sell apartment houses at various stages of construction and completion
Promote properties located in the Bole Meskel Flower area

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
Demonstrated ability to sell high-value residential properties
Strong professional track record in the field
