## Title: New Business Executive – Land Sales

Position Overview

Achieve land sales targets for industrial parks and other land development projects for LMI Land Investments Group. This role offers an excellent platform for professional development.

Job Purpose

Achieve all land sales targets through a diligent and intelligent approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually or in-person to discuss land opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and update sales funnel and other sales data on a daily basis
  • Work towards daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Contact potential customers by phone, email, or in-person after researching to ensure they meet your ICP
  • Attend trade exhibitions and conferences to develop your leads pipeline
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiations in a structured and professional manner
  • Answer client enquiries, questions, and conduct site tours relating to land sales; refer other issues to the appropriate department or subsidiary
  • Build professional relationships with relevant stakeholders and apply referral strategies to improve sales opportunities
  • Build and expand referral and lead generation networks
  • Assist in planning, designing, and implementing sales strategies and sales forecasts
  • Design and execute pre-agreed sales strategies focused on developing new business growth and countering industry competition
  • Work closely with the marketing communications department to design and execute pre-agreed strategies
  • Protect organisational value by maintaining confidentiality of information
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by line manager and/or MD

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a degree in Sales, Marketing, or other related field of study
