Job Summary:- The Junior Fleet Dispatch Officer will coordinate daily truck movements, assign vehicles, monitor delivery progress, and ensure smooth transport operations. The role requires strong follow-up skills and the ability to work closely with drivers, mechanics, and operations staff.Key Responsibilities:- ➡️ Plan and assign vehicles based on transport requests➡️ Monitor truck movements and delivery schedules➡️ Maintain accurate dispatch and trip records➡️ Communicate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading➡️ Coordinate with maintenance and fuel teams when needed➡️ Report operational issues to the division head
