Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Fluency in Afan Oromo (Oromifa) is required to effectively support customers across different regions.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely mannerProvide accurate information about company products, services, and processesResolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, or escalate when necessaryFollow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved, and satisfaction is achievedCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concernsMeet individual and team performance targets and service level standardsContribute to improving customer support processes and customer experience
