• Location: Batu/Ziway

• Salary: As per company scale

Scope of Position

Reporting to the Backhouse Manager, the Finance Manager will oversee all post-harvest operations from intake to dispatch, ensuring effective process management, quality assurance, and cold chain integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise grading, bunching, and packing processes
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly production data
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate team and collaborate with production team on quality matters
• Manage staff training in health, safety, and hygiene
• Ensure compliance with export requirements and quality standards
• Monitor post-harvest losses and implement corrective actions
