Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist creates and manages online campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads) to promote properties, generate leads, and boost brand visibility. You will work with agents to align strategies with sales goals, analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude, manage budgets, and stay current with real estate technology trends to drive property sales and engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (PPC, social media, email, SEO) for specific properties or developments
- Curate and create engaging digital assets including property listings, social media posts, infographics, and video content
- Track KPIs and monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights for improvement using analytics tools
- Maintain and update property listings on websites, portals, and social media channels
- Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, driving conversions for sales teams
- Analyze real estate market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Work closely with agents, sales teams, and vendors/agencies to align marketing efforts
- Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively
