The position involves close collaboration with community members, local authorities, and partner organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesMobilize and engage communities in development activities.Plan, implement, and monitor community-based projects.Support child and family development programs.Facilitate community trainings and awareness sessions.Prepare activity reports and documentation.Coordinate with local stakeholders and partners.Ensure community participation and ownership of projects.
