About the Role

The Banking Center Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all functions of the assigned Banking Center to ensure effective operations and alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all Banking Center functions and operations
• Ensure achievement of the Bank's strategy and effective operation of the Banking Center
• Manage the Branch's financial targets including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, and FX generation
• Expand the customer base and promote digital banking and IB usage
• Maximize customer satisfaction
• Foster creativity and innovation at the Branch level with Bank-wide impact
• Build and maintain an empowered and engaged workforce at the Branch
