Job Summary

The Videographer & Video Editor will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video and photo content during trainings, events, field activities, interviews, and promotional shoots. This role enhances brand storytelling and engagement across digital platforms. The position requires a professional with strong technical skills, creative framing, and the ability to work in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photography in line with creative briefs and campaign objectives
• Plan and execute video productions, including corporate content, interviews, promotional materials, and social media features
• Set up, operate, and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production standards
• Maintain strong video and sound quality throughout all stages of production
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboards prior to production
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final videos suitable for multiple platforms
• Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling
• Optimize video formats and specifications for various digital platforms
