Today, Cappadocia continues to innovate across residential, commercial, and construction solutions, driven by a steadfast commitment to excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility.Assist in developing project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants to align on project goals.Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications.Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards.Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.Provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors on engineering details.Review and approve material samples, method statements, and shop drawings.Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets project standards.Conduct tests on materials and workmanship (e.g., concrete slump tests, soil compaction tests).Document and report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken.Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to project management.Track project milestones and update schedules as needed.Ensure all site activities comply with HSE policies and regulations.Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments.Promote a culture of safety on-site.
