The Senior Accountant will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and supervise junior accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
• Conduct bank, ledger, and account reconciliations
• Review and verify work performed by junior accounting staff
• Clear financial backlogs and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and financial analysis activities
• Utilize advanced Excel and Peachtree software for financial management and reporting
