Sales Officer (Shop & Showroom)

About the Role

BESYS Technologies PLC is seeking energetic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Officer. You will manage shop and showroom sales operations and oversee customer relationship management (CRM) activities while driving sales growth and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all shop and showroom sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Promote company products and provide excellent customer service
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM records for all customers and sales transactions
• Support marketing campaigns and product promotions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure proper product display, stock coordination, and showroom organization

Required Profile

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Results-oriented with ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
