Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to design our sales strategy and lead our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Ethiopian telecom market and a proven track record of meeting high revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our customer base and achieve strong market presence in Addis Ababa
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales representatives; set individual sales targets and ensure they are met
• Business Development: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Client Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their unique connectivity needs
• Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on a weekly and monthly basis
• Negotiation: Handle high-level contract negotiations with corporate clients and key partners
