## Title: Sales Engineer – Electro-Mechanical & Industrial Solutions

The company is a leading dealer of heavy and light equipment, OEM spare parts, accessories, lubricants, tyres, batteries, and provides strong after-sales and technical support services. As part of our strategic expansion into industrial solutions, we are entering new product lines including industrial air compressors, industrial cooling systems, and a broad range of electro-mechanical and industrial products.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Engineer who combines engineering expertise with consultative selling skills. This role is responsible for selling value-based industrial solutions, not just products.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Understand industrial processes and customer pain points
  • Proactively assess client needs
  • Design and propose technical solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and long-term relationship management

Key Product & Solution Areas

  • Industrial air compressors and compressed air systems
  • Industrial cooling and thermal management systems
  • Electro-mechanical equipment and components
  • Industrial machinery, parts, and integrated solutions
  • Customized industrial solutions across manufacturing, construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in industrial and electromechanical markets
  • Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the entire sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Technical & Solution Selling

  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer requirements
  • Recommend appropriate, value-driven technical solutions
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and presentations
