Our company is the pioneer in introducing Ready-Mix concrete, Magnesium board/panel technology, Light Gauge Steel, K Span, and Kum Kang building system to Ethiopia and maybe East Africa.This guarantees customer satisfaction and trust by providing high-quality products, high service that is useful, safe, and reliable. Duties & Responsibilities  Project Budgeting & Financial PlanningPrepare project budget in coordination with project manageDevelop cash flow forecastPlan fund requirements (monthly/quarterly)Monitor budget utilizationFinancial Control & MonitoringTrack actual expenses vs budgetIdentify cost overruns and variancesAnalyze project profitabilityEnsure cost control mechanisms are implementedCash Flow ManagementEnsure availability of funds for project activitiesManage payment schedulesMonitor client payments and receivablesAvoid cash shortages that delay project executionRevenue & Billing ManagementReview and approve interim payment certificates (IPC)Monitor project revenue recognitionCoordinate with client on payment follow-upEnsure timely invoicingCost Analysis & ReportingPrepare monthly financial reportsProvide cost analysis to managementPresent financial performance to senior managementSupport decision-making with financial dataProcurement & Payment ControlReview purchase requests and large procurementsApprove payments within financial authorityEnsure compliance with procurement policiesPrevent duplicate or unauthorized paymentsTax & ComplianceEnsure VAT and withholding tax complianceMonitor tax documentationEnsure compliance with government regulationsCoordinate with auditorsInternal Control & Risk ManagementEstablish strong financial control systemsIdentify financial risksPrevent fraud and mismanagementEnsure segregation of dutiesTeam LeadershipSupervise project accountants and finance officersProvide financial guidance to project managersTrain team on financial proceduresEvaluate finance team performance
