Reporting To: Operations ManagerDepartment: Operations / SupervisionEarth Core Trading – Vacancy AnnouncementsEarth Core Trading, a reputable and rapidly expanding import–export organization committed to operational excellence, transparency, and sustainable business growth, hereby invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following key positions.Position OverviewThe Parking Lot Supervisor will oversee the automated parking facility, ensuring operational efficiency, staff supervision, and revenue integrity, while coordinating with logistics teams for smooth vehicle movement related to import/export activities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and schedule a team of 12 personnel.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.Monitor automated parking systems and perform basic troubleshooting.Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally.Conduct inspections for safety, security, and cleanliness.Reconcile daily parking revenue with system data and finance records.Collaborate with logistics and transport departments to support import/export operations.
