Today, the company continues to innovate and diversify, providing residential, commercial, and construction solutions while upholding excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionMaintain and organize all project documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.Develop and maintain master schedules and detailed construction schedules using MS Project.Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for variation works and other purposes, including bid financial proposals.Prepare, review, and follow up on interim and subcontractor payment applications.Prepare and track weekly/monthly reports on project progress, issues, and deliverables.Distribute the latest revisions of construction documents to field staff, consultants, and contractors.Preparing and managing the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal log processes from initiation to close-out.Assist in the preparation of project close-out documentation and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.Assist project managers and site engineers with daily administrative and technical tasks.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate information flow.Support the implementation of project QA/QC plans.Assist in the inspection of materials and workmanship for compliance with project specs.Assist in the preparation of change orders, including gathering backup documentation and cost estimates.Help maintain project budget and cost tracking.Process time and material tickets and subcontractor invoices for review.
