About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Ethiopost as a Motorist in Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the motorbike in good working condition and conduct regular checks according to the log sheet
• Review daily schedule assignments and ensure the motorbike is ready before departure
• Perform daily maintenance of the motorbike and notify your supervisor promptly of any repair or maintenance needs
• Load and unload materials to and from the motorbike according to manufacturer specifications and carrying capacity
• Monitor fuel levels (petrol/diesel) and ensure the motorbike is kept clean and well-maintained
• Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption and complete log sheets
• Report any issues immediately to the office, including traffic accidents, technical failures, or theft
• Operate the motorbike in compliance with driver regulations as outlined in the HR Procedures Manual
• Stay informed about security regulations and current security situations, and demonstrate proactive commitment to safety and security protocols
