Position Overview
We are seeking a senior, experienced professional to manage Human Resources, Office Administration, and Property/Facilities Management for our Head Office in Addis Ababa. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building structure, discipline, and consistency across people processes and office operations.
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer / General Management
Team Size: Approximately 20 staff members (expected to grow to 30+ within 12 months)
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, records management, attendance, and leave administration
- Oversee performance management, employee reviews, and promotion processes
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and exit management
- Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and regulations
