Junior Warehouse AgentLocation: Addis Ababa, EthiopiaDepartment: Mail and CourierShift: Full flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and public holidays)Salary: 8000 – 10,000 (net) ETB per monthKey ResponsibilitiesProcess inbound and outbound courier shipments in full compliance with customs and bonded warehouse proceduresScan all held shipments into Bond, perform inventory scans, and ensure timely customs clearancePrepare and verify import/export documentation and complete Cleared in Bond and Reconciliation reportsMaintain strict security protocols: control access to the bonded area, ensure Customs Officer presence when required, and wear ID visibly at all timesMonitor equipment performance, report faults, and keep the processing area clean and organizedCoordinate with third-party brokers and support daily operations to meet service standardsPerform slight manual labor (lifting, moving, sorting and loading courier parcels as required)Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the Mail and Courier team
