About the Company

EBYes Furniture is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional for the Junior Accountant position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system
• Collect, organize, and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Perform basic bank, cash, and sales checks and reconciliations
• Support the preparation of payment documents and expense reports
• Assist senior accountants with monthly closing activities
• Follow up on small receivables and support vendor communication when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with payroll preparation and tax documentation when needed
• Perform general administrative tasks within the finance unit as assigned
