## Title: Head of Marketing and Sales

About the Role

Grace Construction Chemicals is seeking a qualified Head of Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing and sales departments. This strategic leadership position is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and offers the opportunity to drive business growth and market expansion in the construction chemicals sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company's business goals and market opportunities
  • Lead the marketing and sales teams, setting clear objectives, performance metrics, and driving overall team performance to meet sales targets and business growth
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in the construction chemicals sector
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies and ensure the company's competitive advantage
  • Oversee the development and management of branding and positioning strategies
  • Manage key accounts and large customer relationships, ensuring consistent sales growth
  • Secure profitable contracts with customers and distributors through advanced negotiation

Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) from the Manufacturer's Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF) or other reputable sales training organizations
  • Digital Marketing Certifications from recognized platforms (Google, HubSpot, or similar) in areas such as Google Ads, SEO, or social media marketing
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred for managing marketing and sales projects

  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Expertise in creating customer-centric sales experiences that foster loyalty and long-term business relationships
  • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strategic leadership and team management capabilities
