Job Summary

The Grant Partnership Specialist will contribute to the mission of Medical Teams International by facilitating liaison with partners, government, and stakeholders to address various requirements such as Letters of Understanding (LOU), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), contract agreements, partner due diligence, reports, and teaming agreements. This position is responsible for coordinating consortiums and capacitating local partners. The Grant Partnership Specialist will also support the Grant Coordinator on day-to-day grant activities as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of identifying, vetting, and onboarding implementing partners in coordination with technical and field teams
  • Lead and organize Medical Teams International-led consortium proposal development, program implementation, donor reporting, and communication
  • Coordinate due diligence assessments and document reviews for all potential partners
  • Manage the development, amendment, and renewal of sub-grant and partnership agreements in compliance with Medical Teams International and donor regulations
  • Organize and participate in partner kick-off meetings and related activities
