Role Overview

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Testi Trading PLC. This role involves managing end-to-end operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, driving expansion into new districts, and strengthening public-private partnerships. The General Manager will report directly to the CEO and lead a multidisciplinary team across multiple zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company vision and growth targets
• Oversee coffee export operations, logistics, certification, and compliance with global standards
• Lead feasibility studies and investment planning for new coffee plantation and investment projects
• Design and enforce operational systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit readiness tools
• Ensure traceability, ethical sourcing, and sustainability practices across operations
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance tracking
• Strengthen partnerships with government, coffee suppliers, farmers, and international buyers
• Supervise HR and training programs to build team capacity
• Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, trade fairs, and public events
