Our company is the pioneer in introducing Ready-Mix concrete, Magnesium board/panel technology, Light Gauge Steel, K Span, and Kum Kang building system to Ethiopia and maybe East Africa.This guarantees customer satisfaction and trust by providing high-quality products, high service that is useful, safe, and reliable.Duties & Responsibilities Site Supervision & CoordinationSupervise foremen and different work crewsAssign daily tasks to workersEnsure work is executed according to drawingsCoordinate activities between trades (civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Work Planning & SchedulingPrepare daily and weekly work plansEnsure manpower is properly allocatedMonitor productivityEnsure work progresses according to scheduleQuality Control                    Ensure workmanship meets required standardsInspect completed work before engineer inspectionCorrect defective work immediatelyFollow project specificationsMaterial & Equipment ManagementEnsure materials are available for daily workRequest materials in advanceMonitor material usage and reduce wastageSupervise proper use of tools and equipmentHealth & Safety SupervisionEnsure workers use PPEEnforce safety rules on siteReport unsafe conditionsParticipate in safety meetingsWorkforce ManagementSupervise laborers, carpenters, masons, steel fixers, etc.Maintain discipline on siteMonitor attendance and overtimeResolve minor conflicts among workersReporting & CommunicationReport daily progress to Site Engineer or Construction EngineerInform management about delays or problemsParticipate in coordination meetingsProvide updates on manpower and material needs
