Position Summary
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager leads Digaf MFI's FP&A Unit, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, capital planning, and decision support. This role ensures strategic alignment of financial resources, delivers actionable insights to management and the Board, and upholds compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with departments and CFO
- Conduct quarterly rolling forecasts and scenario analyses
- Oversee monthly variance analysis and financial performance reviews
- Supervise capital planning, liquidity forecasting, and funding mix optimization
- Produce management and Board dashboards and strategic reports
- Lead annual stress testing and risk-adjusted financial planning
- Provide decision support for business cases, ROI evaluations, and project modeling
- Ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency in reporting and analysis
