About the Position

Boston Partners PLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Kuriftu Africa Village in Addis-Abeba, Ethiopia. You will oversee all financial operations of the resort and play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the resort, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and local regulations
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with operations departments to optimize revenue and cost efficiency
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial management
